Lithium Battery Balancer for Electric Vehicles
This equipment is energy-consuming balance(passive balance), which is to balance the
discharge method of single cells.Due to the differences in the battery cells, the cell voltage
rises at different speeds during the series charging process.The cells with high voltage are
charged first, which triggers the over voltage protection of the BMS system. Therefore,
the cellswith low voltage cannot be fully charged. During the discharging process, the cells
with low voltage are discharged first.The vicious circle causes the voltage difference to
become larger and larger, which causes the capacity of the battery pack todecrease, resulting
in a severe reduction in the cruising range.Therefore, it is necessary to repair the voltage
difference of the battery pack to restore the current maximum capacity.Guarantee the
performance and life of the lithium battery pack.
